What Happens Next?

• You will receive a booking request confirmation by email
• Your appointment will be reviewed and confirmed within 24 hours
• If we need to adjust the time, we will contact you directly
• Your booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation

Policy

• A £10 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Once your booking request has been reviewed and confirmed, we will send you the payment details for the deposit.
• Appointments are only confirmed after the deposit has been received.
• The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
• If you fail to appear for your appointment without prior notification, you will not be permitted to rebook unless you pay 50% of your treatment cost upfront and forfeit your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

• If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This will allow me to reschedule and transfer your deposit to the new appointment.
• Please note that cancelling within 24 hours or less of your appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If you wish to book a new appointment, a new deposit will be required.

Before Your Appointment

• Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup
• Avoid caffeine before your appointment
• Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities in the notes section
